Dan began his career with BMS in 1994 as general manager of operations, currently serving as president of the company and is a member of the Executive Planning Committee. Prior to BMS, Dan spent ten years in plastics engineering with Sherwood Medical Industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation from the University of Central Missouri in 1983. A native of St. Louis, MO, but has called St. Joe home since 1984.
Director of Operations
Lonnie began his career with BMS Logistics in 1998 as a production supervisor overseeing daily activates on the production floor. In 2002 he was promoted to Operations Manager which included all facets of the operation. In 2013, Lonnie was again promoted to his current position as Director of Operation and is responsible for all BMS Logistics locations across the country. He serves also as a member of the Executive Planning Committee. Prior to joining BMS Logistics, Lonnie spent several years in the corrugate industry where he gained the knowledge needed to assist customers in finding solutions to their packaging needs and implement those solutions into a finished product. Lonnie attended Missouri Western State University from 1986- 1989, and enjoys golf in his spare time.
Chief Financial Officer
Cory was brought on board with BMS as CFO in February 2012. Cory achieved his CPA certificate in 1999 and has over 25 years of experience ranging from auditing, operations and accounting/finance. Prior to joining BMS, he worked the previous 11 years for an agricultural GPS guidance company in the capacities of financial controller and manufacturing operations manager. He currently serves as a member of the Executive Planning Committee.
Director of IT
Bryan Kretzinger joined BMS Logistics Inc. in 2007 as IT Systems Analyst/Supervisor, currently serving as Director of IT at BMS Logistics. Prior to joining BMS, Bryan worked for seven years at WorldSpan, in several roles. Bryan’s role is to create and maintain hardware infrastructure, software governance and policies, as well as overseeing resource allocation. He currently serves as a member of the Executive planning Committee. Bryan received his Baccalaureate Degree in computer information systems and computer science from Missouri Western State University with a minor in business and mathematics. He later received a MBA with an emphasis in JIT Logistics from the University of Phoenix.
Human Resources Manager
Janie Lucas joined BMS Logistics Inc. as the Human Resources Manager in 2012. She has 18 years of human resources experience with a specialization in talent management including workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development and employee engagement. She also has significant experience managing employee relations, benefits, compensation and compliance issues. Janie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Management Association of Northwest Missouri (HRMA).
Director of Sales and Marketing
Kevin Hayes has worked in the specialty chemical and animal health industries in progressively responsible sales, marketing, and global sales management positions. Before joining BMS, Kevin worked for such companies as Amlan International and Oil-Dri, Hillyard Incorporated, Synbiotics Corporation, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Kevin graduated from Missouri Western State University with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing and holds a MBA from Benedictine College.
Sales and Marketing
Bart Bond has extensive sales and sales management experience. He started his sales career with Colgate Palmolive, serving in both sales and sales management roles. He went on to strengthen his knowledge of the consumer goods industry by serving as Sr. Category Analyst at Valu Merchandisers, (a division of Associated Wholesale Grocers). In 1998, Bart and several partners started their own contract packaging, fulfillment, warehousing and distribution brokerage, focusing on the CPG and promotional products industries. In 2017, Bart officially joined forces with BMS Logistics Inc., managing all national sales and marketing efforts for BMS. He brings extensive knowledge of contract packaging, fulfillment and distribution in the retail, private sector and ecommerce environments.
Quality Assurance Manager
Brint began his career with BMS in 2004, as the first Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to BMS, Brint spent fourteen years in the commercial pest control industry, and five years as Food Safety Coordinator for Nestle Purina. He has also farmed his family’s land for the past forty years. Brint co-manages the Human Safety program, and is the company liaison for customer and third party quality audits.
Brint previously sat as a board member for the St Joseph Safety and Health Council, he served as president for seven years.
